Privacy policy

• Details you give us: your name, phone number, email, company, country, the car you are interested in, your preferences (term, down payment, timing), your preferred contact method and time, and any message you send.
• Technical data: IP address (stored only in hashed form for spam protection), browser and device type, pages visited, and the website or campaign that referred you.
• Analytics data: only if you accept analytics cookies (see section 6).

• to respond to your request and prepare a personal offer;
• to contact you through the channel you choose: WhatsApp, phone or email;
• to provide investor materials to eligible professional and institutional investors;
• to protect the website against spam, fraud and misuse;
• to understand how the website is used and improve it, only with your consent.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, for our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure, and where required by law.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, under appropriate agreements:

• cloud hosting and database (Supabase);
• email delivery (Resend);
• website analytics (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies;
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there;
• our internal operations system, which our team uses to handle requests and contracts.

We may also disclose data where required by UAE law or by a competent authority.

Some of our providers may store or process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data remains protected.

We use essential browser storage to remember your language, theme and cookie choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are used only after you click "Accept". You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by UAE law and our record-keeping obligations.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to care@fastlease.ae. We will respond within a reasonable time in line with applicable UAE law.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in secure cloud infrastructure. Access to submitted requests is restricted to authorised Fast Lease staff.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
